Mr. Smith has over 30 years experience in the Powdered Metal business and has started two successful PM manufactures from the ground up in PA, USA. He is an expert in multiple aspects of the Powdered Metal industry and has knowledge in materials, tool design and product development, coupled with hands on experience in every aspect of the process.

For the past 4 years Mr. Smith has helped many Chinese manufactures to establish themselves, develop products and QA system, export their products to the foreign markets. He also introduced advanced PM technology and brands into China.

• Have many years of experiences in quality inspection＆supervision, especially operating skills in the factory.
• Familiar with ISO/TS16949 system, engaged in the establishment and supervision of internal quality control system, experienced in the internal quality audit system.
• Skillful in the seven analysis method of quality management.
• Experienced in 5 tooling of TS16949, including: APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP.
• Experienced in measuring system management.
• Experienced in operating measuring and testing equipments，E.g. CMM, tool microscope, etc.
• Experienced in tooling design and manufacturing process, can provide guidance & assistance in the whole production process.
