Service contents:

Evaluate & audit domestic suppliers on behalf of foreign purchasers at a defined frequency, 6 months or 12 months.

Track the quality of every batch of products of every supplier continuously, provide statistics report on a regular basis, with an aim to evaluate suppliers from a quantitative perspective.

Lead supplier side problem solving initiatives, and follow up the initiative execution.

Assist suppliers establish & improve their quality control system, provide training & guidance & assistance when necessary.

Assist suppliers’ new product R&D endeavors, and provide guidance to ensure that all suppliers issue the right PPAP documents.

Above all, Re-evaluate suppliers periodically , evaluate contents include, but not limited to: quality, costs, price and service. pay extra attention to fit extent on new product R&D and timely correction of nonconforming product .
