The aims of QC is to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirement, In order to realize it ,the supplier should have daily inspection, measure, testing and necessary resources providing. By measuring conformity of the product to detect deviation, By taking action to correct deviation, By studying the process capability to reduce deviation. The whole process will be under control continually through inspection & defect prevention. The supplier will demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products.

Carry out TQM, related to total people, total process and total organization.

Understand and use statistical tools in each process.

Pay attention to process, pay special attention to change points of process.

Pay attention to customer requirement, pay special attention to customer particular requirements.

Enhance customer communication, specially enhance customer communication prior to new products R&D.

Take action appropriate to increasingly customer requirement, continually improve product quality.
